AirXpansion Paragliding Cancellation Policy

XC Clinics

Due to limited availability, scheduling logistics, instructor coordination, and weather windows, all XC Clinic bookings are subject to the following cancellation policy:

  • Cancellations made within 14 days of the scheduled clinic start date are non-refundable.

Lessons

Paragliding lessons require instructor scheduling, weather coordination, and reserved training availability.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of a scheduled lesson are non-refundable.
  • No-shows or same-day cancellations are non-refundable.
  • Rescheduling requests made outside the 24-hour window may be accommodated based on availability.

If AirXpansion Paragliding cancels a lesson due to weather, unsafe conditions, or operational reasons, students will receive a full refund or may apply the payment toward a future lesson.

Tandem Flights

Tandem flights are highly weather-dependent and require reserved instructor time and operational planning.

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled tandem flight are non-refundable.  
  • No-shows or same-day cancellations are non-refundable.
  • Late arrivals that prevent completion of the tandem may also be considered non-refundable.

If AirXpansion Paragliding cancels a tandem flight due to weather, safety concerns, or operational reasons, customers will receive a credit and can reschedule for a future date.

Weather & Safety

All AirXpansion activities are weather and safety-dependent. Final decisions regarding whether operations proceed are made solely by AirXpansion staff and instructors. Safety will always take priority over scheduling.
